3. Pricing, Inventory, & Typographical Errors

We make every effort to provide accurate product specifications, pricing, dimensions, and availability. However, technical or typographical errors may occasionally occur:

  • Discrepancy Rights: In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications due to a clerical error, Grand Bazaar Furniture reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed.

  • Colors & Textures: Product finishes, fabric shades, wood grains, and leather textures displayed on screen may vary slightly from physical pieces depending on monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and natural material variations. Such variations do not constitute product defects.

4. Territorial Limitations

Grand Bazaar Furniture operates as a regional retailer serving Houston, Texas, and designated surrounding metropolitan areas.

  • We do not provide sales, distribution, or logistics fulfillment to other U.S. states or foreign jurisdictions.

  • Any user accessing this site from outside our operating area acknowledges that product delivery and associated services are legally restricted to our established Texas service zone.

5. Delivery, Assembly, & Premises Liability

  • Customer Access Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed access paths (hallways, door clearances, stairwells, and elevators) prior to the arrival of delivery personnel.

  • Property Damage Disclaimers: Delivery personnel are instructed to execute standard deliveries with reasonable commercial care. Grand Bazaar Furniture assumes no liability for minor scuffs, structural marks, or property wear incurred when navigating items through restricted spaces at the explicit request or insistence of the customer.

  • On-Site Assembly: While our assembly technicians take care to assemble items in accordance with manufacturer specifications, the customer must inspect and approve the structural stability and placement of assembled items before the team departs.

6. "As-Is" Transactions & Limitation of Warranties

Except where prohibited by applicable law:

  • All merchandise is sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis with all faults, unless accompanied by an explicit, separate written manufacturer warranty.

  • Grand Bazaar Furniture disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We make no independent warranties regarding the lifespan, wear resistance, or load limits beyond those provided by original equipment manufacturers.

  • The use, purchase, or structural failure of any furniture piece.

  • Delivery transit delays, supply chain shortages, or rescheduling caused by acts of God, severe weather, highway gridlock, or unexpected logistics disruptions.

  • Claims exceeding the actual retail purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.

This Legal Notice and all commercial relationships, disputes, or claims arising out of transactions with Grand Bazaar Furniture shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to conflict-of-law doctrines.
