Welcome to Grand Bazaar Furniture ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, visiting our showroom, or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason at any time.

2. Service Area

Grand Bazaar Furniture operates primarily within Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas. We do not currently fulfill orders or offer shipping outside our designated local delivery zone or to other states. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our service territory are subject to immediate cancellation.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Product Information

Pricing & Availability: All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, materials, and details of our furniture as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur depending on screen displays, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing tolerances.
Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or reject orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery, Assembly, and Pickup

Delivery Schedule: Local same-day or next-day delivery is offered for large items within eligible Houston zones, subject to inventory and scheduling availability.
Fees:
- Standard local delivery: $50
- Assembly service: $50
- In-store pickup: Free
Delivery Conditions: Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate clearance and access (doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators) for large furniture pieces prior to delivery.
Non-Refundable Service Fees: Delivery and assembly fees are strictly non-refundable once scheduled or dispatched.

5. Inspection, Damaged Goods, and Claims

Mandatory Inspection: Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all merchandise upon receipt (whether delivered to the premises or picked up at the store) before signing the delivery slip.
Reporting Claims: Any visible defects, freight damages, or discrepancies must be noted immediately with the delivery personnel and reported to customer support at the time of delivery so that we can determine an appropriate remedy or solution.
Waiver of Claims: Accepting delivery without noting any issues constitutes confirmation that the merchandise arrived in satisfactory condition.

6. All Sales Final & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, clearance, and bulky nature of furniture merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer cash refunds once an order is placed and processed.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched for delivery or picked up.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and images displayed on our website or marketing collateral are the intellectual property of Grand Bazaar Furniture or its respective content providers, protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Bazaar Furniture, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our products or services.
Delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions).
Damage to personal property occurring during delivery or customer self-transportation where gross negligence is absent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, replace, or modify any part of these Terms of Service by posting revisions to our website. Your continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
