At Grand Bazaar Furniture, we are committed to providing reliable and prompt service to our local community. Please review our shipping, delivery, and inspection policies below before completing your purchase.

Service Area & Out-of-State Orders

We proudly serve Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas only.
We do not offer delivery or shipping to other states at this time.

Large Items & Furniture Delivery

Local Delivery: We offer fast same-day or next-day delivery across Houston and surrounding areas for large furniture items.
Delivery Fee: Flat rate of $50.
Assembly Service: Optional professional assembly is available for an additional $50.
Store Pickup: Free customer pickup is always available at our Houston showroom/warehouse.

Small Items

Store Pickup: Free pickup in-store during standard operating hours.
Parcel Shipping: Standard shipping is available for small items within our eligible service region. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Inspection & Claims

To protect your purchase, please inspect your items immediately upon arrival:

Customers are required to inspect all merchandise thoroughly while the delivery team is present.
Any visible damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery so our team can resolve the issue promptly.
Failure to inspect and report damages upon delivery may limit our ability to provide a solution or replacement.
